Information submitted through our consultation form is stored by GB Scales to respond to inquiries, manage consultations, and support future customer relationship management. This includes your name, business, email, optional contact details, service interests, and the information you provide about your needs.
After your details are saved, the Calendly calendar loads to schedule your appointment. Your name and email are passed to Calendly to prefill your booking. Calendly processes booking information according to its own privacy policy.
